About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Nevevia and use of our online store. Contact us at nevevia@yahoo.com.

Products and ordering

Please check the product, selected variant, quantity, delivery address and total before submitting an order. Supply accurate contact details so we can provide order updates. Product images illustrate the listed options; the option selected at checkout determines what you order.

Availability can change. If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate correction or refund. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown in the checkout total before you submit your order. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Products are dispatched by our fulfillment partners and may arrive separately. Processing and delivery estimates, tracking information and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates do not limit your statutory rights.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our Refund Policy explains statutory cancellation rights, our additional return offer and how to report faulty or incorrect goods. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Read and follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product. Contact us before use if instructions are missing or unclear. Website descriptions do not replace product instructions or individual professional advice.

Shopify and other services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Your purchase is from Nevevia; Shopify provides the technology supporting the store. Payment, delivery and other service providers may process information needed to fulfill your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person’s rights. Content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Reviews and other submitted content must describe real experiences and must not be misleading.

Governing law and complaints

Portuguese law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of their country of residence. If you have a complaint, email us with your order number and the issue so that we can work to resolve it.
