Refund policy

Your statutory cancellation rights

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your online purchase, without giving a reason. Email nevevia@yahoo.com with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You then have 14 days to send the goods back.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Our additional 30-day return offer

In addition to statutory rights, we accept return requests for unopened, unused goods within 30 days of delivery. Please keep their original packaging and contact us for return instructions.

Hygiene exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This exception only applies where the legal conditions are met. It does not remove your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Return costs and refunds

You pay direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. We cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Contact us for the correct return address before posting.

For statutory withdrawals, we refund the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Extra charges for a premium delivery option are not refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Email us as soon as you notice a problem, with your order number and any useful photos. There is no 48-hour limit on your statutory rights. Applicable legal guarantees remain in force, including the three-year legal guarantee for new movable goods under Portuguese law. The available remedy depends on the applicable law and circumstances.
