Where we deliver
We currently deliver to Portugal and the other European Union countries. Available delivery options are shown at checkout for your address.
Shipping charges
- Portugal: standard shipping is €5.99 for orders below €45 and free for orders of €45 or more.
- Other EU countries: standard shipping is €16.
The final shipping charge is shown before you place your order.
Processing and delivery estimates
Allow 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 7–12 business days for delivery after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier and customs processing. We will help investigate an overdue shipment; these estimates do not limit your statutory rights.
Fulfillment and separate parcels
Products ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels and on different days.
Tracking and delivery issues
We email tracking information when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take time to show its first update. Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correction. If an order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, email nevevia@yahoo.com with your order number so we can help.
